Medicaid Managed Care Update
Patients with Medicaid Insurance – FYI
Medicaid is changing. There are new Medicaid insurance health plans coming to North Carolina and you will need to choose a Medicaid insurance plan so that you or your child can continue to be seen by our office. You will have until May 14, 2021 to enroll for Medicaid Managed Care. The standard plans will go in effect on July 1, 2021.
Holly Springs Pediatrics is participating in all 5 Health Plans that are contracted with Medicaid managed care. These include:
- Healthy Blue
- UnitedHealthCare
- WellCare
- AmeriHealth Ceritas
- Carolina Complete Health
If you want to continue to see our office, you will need to select Holly Springs Pediatrics as your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
To enroll in Medicaid Managed Care:
- Visit the NC Medicaid enrollment website
- Contact the Medicaid Enrollment Call Center at 1-833-870-5500 (TTY: 1-833-870-5588)
- Fill the enrollment form you received in the mail and mail or fax it back.
